Take a stroll through Ziff
Davis' virtual airport and/or visit other virtual sites. Very well
done, but these worlds are VERY large, so be prepared to wait while
they load. If you've got the time and the patience, the news stand
is particularly cool.

An excellent source for VRML
information including some VRML worlds created by the author, and
links to other worlds and info. A VRML interface for navigating the
site is also available.

information on VRML, not to mention a nice selection of VRML worlds.

Create your own VRML world
online! Fill in the blanks, follow the steps, and you'll see your
VRML world in VRML code. When you're ready, select "Create
World & View" to see the world you created. Registration is
required to begin creating your own worlds. Some knowledge of VRML
is highly recommended.

tutorial on creating worlds, and developer resources.
